This role will lead the design and implementation of business processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and growth plans. The COO will manage operational performance, optimize resource allocation, and collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and monitor results. Key responsibilities include leading business planning cycles, overseeing budgeting and financial operations, and supporting scalable delivery of AI and automation solutions. The COO will also build and mentor cross-functional teams, establish operational policies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. **Qualifications** - Strong business planning skills, including experience developing and executing strategic plans and operational roadmaps. - Proven expertise in operations management, process optimization, and scaling workflows in technology or startup environments. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and make informed operational decisions. - Solid understanding of finance and budgeting, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation. - Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse teams and collaborating closely with executive stakeholders. - Background in SaaS, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is highly beneficial. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a remote, fast-paced setting. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
